Neon - It's An Accent Thing *Look Of The Day*

How to wangle a bright pop of colour in to a Winter wardrobe is at times, not an easy feat. Black is not my normal go-to colour for pairing with bold brights - indeed I tend to find myself in a 'roll yourself around M&M world' sort of getup (like here) - however having studied how some of my sartorially inclined blogging sistaaas, i.e. Wendy from Thankfifi here and Blair from Atlantic Pacific here, have managed to keep seasonally appropriate and rocked a neon, I felt more prepared for paring-back and allowing the neon to do the talking.
Albeit in an accent.
